Service and Usage Agreement

This Service and Usage Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms and conditions of using the services provided by HostWeGo ("Provider") to customers ("Client") in the Balkan countries. By using any of the services offered by HostWeGo, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Services

HostWeGo offers various hosting services, including but not limited to web hosting, VPS hosting, domain registration, and email hosting. The specific details of the services and their usage will be outlined in individual service contracts or plans.

2. Payment and Billing

The Client shall pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered by HostWeGo according to the selected payment plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

3. Data and Privacy

HostWeGo takes reasonable measures to protect the Client's data and privacy. However, the Client is responsible for securing their accounts, passwords, and data. HostWeGo shall not be liable for any data breaches or unauthorized access caused by the Client's negligence.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

The Client agrees to use HostWeGo's services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to spamming, distributing malware, engaging in illegal activities, and infringing on intellectual property rights.

5. Support and Maintenance

HostWeGo provides technical support for its services. The Client should submit support requests through designated channels. HostWeGo will make efforts to resolve issues promptly, but response times may vary.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

HostWeGo guarantees a certain level of uptime and service availability, which will be specified in the SLA document. Compensation may be provided if the service level falls below the agreed threshold.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with proper notice in case of a breach of terms or non-compliance. Termination may result in the Client's data being deleted, and HostWeGo shall not be responsible for any losses incurred.

8. Changes to the Agreement

HostWeGo reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. The Client will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

HostWeGo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, regardless of the cause.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Balkan countries, and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Balkan countries.

By using HostWeGo's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
